1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tbaiee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tbaiee website located at https://tbaiee.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered from time to time.

By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, or by otherwise accessing any part of the tbaiee platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the tbaiee platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the tbaiee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tbaiee.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English-language version shall take precedence in all matters of interpretation and dispute.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the tbaiee platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a tbaiee employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from tbaiee or any affiliated platform during an active exclusion period.

2.1 Age Verification

tbaiee is committed to preventing underage gambling. Age verification may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before the first deposit, before the first withdrawal, or during any routine compliance review. Acceptable documents for age verification include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority in Bangladesh or the relevant jurisdiction.

Where age verification is requested and the Player fails to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe, tbaiee reserves the right to suspend access to the account until verification is completed. Any account determined to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any net deposits will be returned to the original payment method.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games and betting markets on tbaiee, you must first create an account. During registration you will be asked to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete at the time of registration.

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) tbaiee account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether using the same name, identity documents, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tbaiee reserves the right to merge or permanently close all accounts associated with that individual, forfeiting any bonus balances held across those accounts.

3.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) Requirements

tbaiee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard practice for online gaming platforms. Before any withdrawal request is processed, and at any other point tbaiee considers appropriate, you may be required to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your national identity card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of the request will result in the withdrawal being held until verification is completed. tbaiee is not liable for any delays to payments caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person. tbaiee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact tbaiee support immediately so that the account can be secured.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tbaiee platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tbaiee does not impose currency conversion charges; however, if your payment provider applies any currency conversion or transaction fee independently, that cost is borne by you.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

tbaiee currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of available methods is always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: As displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. Limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 3–5 seconds of the mobile wallet transaction being completed.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the Player has completed the full KYC process and has been approved for an alternative withdrawal method by the compliance team.
• Withdrawals are subject to a compliance review step that typically completes within 15–30 minutes of the request being submitted. In cases where additional verification is required, this period may be extended.
• tbaiee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC has previously been completed.
• Winnings derived entirely from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those wagering conditions are satisfied in full.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

Deposits made using payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment account will be reversed and the associated funds returned to the source. Repeated attempts to deposit via third-party accounts may result in permanent account closure.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

tbaiee offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the point the bonus is offered. The following general provisions apply to all tbaiee promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳30,000 across eligible games before any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.

5.2 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games and RNG table games typically contribute 10%–20%, and crash games contribute at a rate specified per promotion. The contribution rates for all games are displayed in the Promotions section of the platform.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tbaiee reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or clawback any bonus — and to close the associated account — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player or group of Players is exploiting promotional offers in a way that is contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: coordinated betting patterns across multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies specifically during bonus wagering periods, and use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.

5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that have not been used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the tbaiee platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times.

6.1 Your Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout all communications with tbaiee.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify tbaiee immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Not use any automated software, bot, script, crawler, scraper, or other tool to interact with the platform in a way that is not expressly permitted by tbaiee.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the tbaiee platform, game software, or security infrastructure.
• Not engage in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated betting with other players for the purpose of defrauding tbaiee or other players.
• Not deposit or withdraw funds using payment methods that are not registered in your own name.
• Not use a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform policies.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any breach of the obligations set out in this section may result in one or more of the following actions at tbaiee's sole discretion: immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of all bonus balances, withholding of any withdrawal pending investigation, and reporting of relevant information to the appropriate authorities. Where tbaiee has suffered financial loss as a result of prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to seek recovery of those losses through all available legal channels.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

tbaiee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to the circumstances described in Section 6, failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe, suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of any provision of these Terms, or at the Player's own request.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your tbaiee account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any withdrawable balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and compliance checks.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from gambling on the tbaiee platform for a defined or indefinite period may do so through the Responsible Gaming tools available in the account settings, or by contacting support directly. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tbaiee platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, page layouts, software, and underlying code — is the property of tbaiee or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tbaiee platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the tbaiee platform for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of tbaiee.

Game content displayed on the platform — including all game titles, graphics, soundtracks, and mechanics — remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, or Spribe) and is used by tbaiee under licence from those providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tbaiee, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal loss.

tbaiee does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While tbaiee takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and to minimise downtime, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may occur. tbaiee will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance via the platform or registered email where practical.

All games on the tbaiee platform are provided by certified third-party game studios. tbaiee is not responsible for any malfunction, error, or interruption within a third-party game that results in a disputed outcome. In the event of a game malfunction that affects the integrity of a bet, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's account. The game provider's certified outcome logs shall serve as the definitive record of all game results.

9.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tbaiee's internal complaints process shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as notified to players from time to time.

10. Amendments to These Terms

tbaiee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Player — tbaiee will provide advance notice via the registered email address associated with your account, and/or through a prominent notice on the platform, no less than seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

For minor amendments that do not materially affect your rights (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information), changes may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the tbaiee platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7.1 above.
